Overview

SwiftFileTool provides browser-based file conversion tools. We aim to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary to operate the website.

Files you select for conversion

The HEIC conversion tools are designed to process the selected image in your browser. The conversion code does not intentionally upload the selected image to a SwiftFileTool file-processing server. Because web pages can load third-party resources, network requests may still occur for those resources. Do not use the service for highly sensitive material unless you are comfortable with your browser environment.

Website requests

When you visit a website, your browser and hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, and timestamps. This information can be present in standard server logs used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Cookies and advertising

If advertising or analytics services are added to the site in the future, those services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. This page will be updated when material changes are made.

Third-party services

The conversion interface may load an open-source conversion library from a third-party content delivery network. Your browser requests the library from that provider. The selected image is not intentionally sent to that provider by the conversion code.

Children

SwiftFileTool is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed specifically at children.
